Rexus Corporation does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Personal information is never disclosed to a third party except in connection with performing a background screening for a Rexus client or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Rexus Corporation does not transfer information to third parties inside or outside the United States or its territories, unless it is necessary in order to complete a background report about the individual. Information would be transferred outside of the United States if the completion of a background report requires gathering information about that individual from outside the United States such as verification of education records outside the United States, verification of employment records outside the Unites States, or conducting an international criminal record check. Personal data is transmitted to these third parties through secure transmission in these limited circumstances
